Account information
Your verified wallet address identifies your account. Sign-in uses a one-time message and a protected session cookie. Mimochi does not need your private key or recovery phrase.
Prompts, references, and outputs
The service processes your prompts, conversation context, selected settings, and any uploaded references to request AI output. The chosen AI provider receives the inputs needed for the job. Provider and model privacy policies differ; Mimochi does not promise zero data retention by every provider.
Private storage and retention
Media and references use private storage. Application downloads check the signed-in owner. Conversations, uploads, and generated media are retained for 30 days. You can delete saved media and completed conversations, and download or export content you want to keep. Removing live content does not instantly remove copies in an existing backup.
Financial records
Payment evidence, wallet addresses, transaction references, accepted generation costs, usage costs, and ledger entries support accounting and reconciliation. These records are retained separately from generated content. The final financial retention schedule and backup expiry policy require operator approval.
Cookies and infrastructure
Session cookies maintain your authenticated account. Server infrastructure processes request identifiers and operational records needed to run the service and investigate failures. This draft does not claim a completed legal basis or international-transfer assessment.
Questions and requests
The operator must publish its identity, contact route, jurisdiction-specific privacy information, and a process for data requests before commercial launch.
